I’ve been scrapping items left right and centre and I’ve yet to see another Expulsom. I wish it was on the AH.
Trinkets (except crafted trinkets) and Azerite gear usually yield Expulsom at a much higher rate than normal gear. So doing some WQs for Azerite and trinket pieces you can scrap is likely a better investment than buying BoEs from the AH.
But what exactly do you need Expulsom for at this point in the expansion?

Crafting transmogs would be one, some items are quite nice looking, but who knows what others seek.
