So the wife has the same issue been told its the add ons etc , well i have never play before and i dont have any mods add ons etc and the same thing happens to me ,

Can you elaborate a bit on “screen blacks out”? Does it always happen or only sometimes? and when does it happen? can you see parts of the game or is the screen completely black? Does the game crash?
Game is still runs , black as in looks off , has power . erm its kinda like if you would change your display setting and how the screen blacks out while gpu /pc do what you are asking of it , happens randomly , ie logged in today moved 5 feet and the problem happened , i would say its happened pretty much every time i have played , happened while in a pet battle , also happened when fighting on them quest i have been doing
