so while i was in a horrific vision, my screen got stuck with the loading screen when entering the vision, the eye thingy, i have video footage

Typically this kind of problem is caused by a corrupted User Interface or an erroring addon (And I can see you’re using a few there!)
The easiest way to resolve this is to simply reset your UI, though I understand if you’re hesitant to do it with your setup! Using the steps there, you can simply isolate your UI temporarily, and if the problem is solved, you know that’s the cause and can work through your addons either updating or reconfiguring them to work correctly 
As sad as I am to say this, we cannot restore Horrific Vessels lost because of these incidents, but you can always gather more, and with the catch-up mechanic, you’ll never be behind on cloak levels
