I guess not even developers know.
It’s used as a material for the mount equipment. And a revival of Legion item of similar name that did exactly nothing (or, at least it was never found doing anything).
Iirc you sell it to LW and they’ll make the anti daze mount equipement with it
LW Can craft an item used by BS to craft the water walking equipement
