I came across whil;st M+ grinding several horde characters who are in a guild called “allies of Autism” or Allies With Autism". It is within the server pool associated withg Runetotem, Silvermoon, Tauren Mill type servers. Please if anyone know who they are please have them reach out to me? I cannot find them on any search on gogle or aided guild searches. If anyone has success please provide me the details what realm they are in and I can look them up.

Why not?? It could be that the OP is on the spectrum themselves, and wishes to join a guild with members that have similar issues. The flip side of the coin is what Soul said, and its just kids ‘trying’ to be edgy and look cool.
True, it could be individual who have some form of autism or friends/family members for example.
Or like you said, kids seeking attention as they gain none in the real world, so being edgy online is there only way to make friends or similar liked minded individuals.
On the character you played in M+, find your run on Raider IO, then find them that way would be my suggestion.
There are no server pools. We can be sharded with any realm, the only one that has special rules is RP realms.
Thx for those who were courteous in responses. I am shocked at those who are so discriminating on the condition as they never will understand that people with autism are already rejected from society and unable to get jobs IRl because they are treated as the troubled person in the world. This why 85% of autism people are actually subject to suicide and 45% actually successfully kill themselves. that is UK statistics. 
I sympathize immensely with your plight, I do not think the people advocating not to join such a guild is because they are discriminating against you for a condition, rather than it was an attempt to protect you from joining a guild that isn’t actually a guild that is neurodivergent friendly, but rather an immaturely named guild.
Atleast I hope so. I think a best approach on how to find something like you are looking for will be to make a forum post in the Guild Recruitment page and ask there. Alternatively, check out a Twitch streamer called DesMephisto. He does a lot of stuff to support autism awareness, and gamers with autism, so you might find good advice within his community.
