Season 2 dungeon selection

The only dungeon that makes me go “ew” is Darkflame Cleft the other were okay. But the darkness part of the dungeon make me want to throw up-

Dazar’alor also from bfa.They know s1 sucks a$$ and they need to bring the hype back so i’m looking forward to it.

I did that dungeon in every season of BFA and it was doable everytime without affix or shroud :smiley:
For your ordinary pug 10 you just gonna go and slay all enemies along the path

Last time they did something like this (tier sets) it was a disaster.

The public have no clue what they want. I trust blizzard more with this job, even with the clear drawbacks you mention (which are 100% correct).

The real problem here is that for some reason blizzard refuses to do dungeon tuning at the cadence that is required. Specifically, they havent touched dungeons or classes for the last 3 weeks because the MDI is rolling.

THAT is the mistake. Screw the MDI guys. Give them special dungeons in their special server, and blizzard should have a proper tuning cadence…

Has a simple solution: Nerf the packs you skipped ! DONE. And they will. Eventually. But taking 3 months to do it is NOT the way !

If you need skips to time a 10, the problem is not the dungeon, assuming a 10 is anywhere even remotely close to what a 20 used to be. :wink:

New expansion and half of the content is …older content and people ask for more older content .

Instead of asking new dungeons for m+ ( they can easily put 4 new dungeons every season ) you ask to redo things.

They had 16 dungeons (I’m not going to put the epic classic) But Tbc-Wotlk (14 Cata ) and was more polished as for the content and now 8 dungeons with better tools to create and people that have adapt to the new technology and instead of asking what should be already a give you ask for lets redo an old dungeon for 300x time again …

I don’t understand this concept , you basically pay a sub …you buy a new expansion and ask to do older content and not asking new content …(What are you guys afraid ??? new mechanics?? )

With this mindset of the playerbase now wonder that everything released is half since that what you ask.

And where do you get this info? From the 14 dungeons from WotlK and Cata ?

Well those dungeons were linear. With mobs that literally only did white attacks and bosses with 1 mechanic, if any.

Much easier to make than modern dungeons, like Freehold.

The concept is variety. Even IF they made 14 dungeons like before, it would be the SAME dungeons for 2 years in a row. That is so boring.

So they shake things up with different dungeons every season. And using old dungeons is fine. After 4/5 years (the youngest they can be) nobody remembers anything about them. Older dungeons from Cata people even forgot they existed…

That is the purpose. And I agree with that purpose.

Every time they try something new people whine like babies. DB is the most recent example. It has really cool new mechanics and layouts and people STILL complain.

So afraid is not the word. Stupid is a better word.

That’s true we pay like a 150 euro per year=per player . We buy a new expansion …

I have expectation of doing new content and not every new season doing older content …

We already have timewalking …i $$%$# hate doing Black temple for 500 times …i got sick …still let’s redo it .

If player don’t ask for something new …nothing gonna change .

I´d go so far as to say that when they try something new is when teh general playerbase whines the hardest…or have we all forgotten the endless “Dragonriding sux” threads that started before DF even launched and anybody had ever tried it, and didn’t end until season 3 and eh emerald dream? :wink:

Old stuff re-somethinged? “Boo, Zero effort, u suck blizz.”

Something actually new? “Waaaaah, I can´t cope, pushing the spacebar and flying straight forward is too hard, waaaaah, waaah, waah, waaah, waaaaaaaaaaaaah…u suck blizz”

THe only common denominator is that it´s always Blizz fault because they´re only ever trying to actively torture us, and not create a geme that they, we, or anyone else actually wants to play… :wink:

I dont mind DB at all, but lets not pretend its not a buggy mess, beaten only by Tol Dagor before it.
Yes the dungeon itself feels new and refreshing but it has many, many issues, most of which havent been fixed or even acknowledged.

I actually like DB. That dungeon would be rather solid imo if it wasn’t for the plethora of bugs in it.

Unfortunately there are so many bugs in DB that it’d be faster to write down a list of things that work properly…If not for that, DB would be a nice experience.

100% agree, i think it would quickly turn out to be one of, if not the best TWW dungeon if they fix the Tol Dagor amount of bugs in there.

Mhm, from what I’ve seen in there…just land before dismounting on the flying ships and the most prominent bug is mitigated. The rest is all manageable.

We already had this in the past. And people, like me, trolled the ever living poop out of the community by voting Grimrail into the dungeon pool. No regrets to this day, would do it again.

Mages have it too if they want to.

I do not have bad memories of Motherlode. But it was the double dead-skip dungeon which could go wrong very easy. Skip from 2nd to 3rd boss and from 3rd to 4th.

Gotta be able to land first :joy: the amount of times me or a party members have flown straight through the boat or even worse, fallen through it in the middle of combat is insane.
Not to mention a ridiculous bug with the last boss where the boss doesnt recognize the tank as a tank and starts slamming everyone with his “Theres no one in melee” attack, frontals disappearing, invisible mobs, the place being a nightmare for bm hunters(mostly a bm issue rather than a DB issue, but still).

Yeah i guess with Peril deathskipping is gonna be a lot more costly now.

For dawnbreaker the best is at least to go normal flying mode. The amount of times you dragonride through the ships, unable to land is uncountable. And then you run out of vigor. Just go normal flying.
