When reading blue post, it says we are getting a new pvp tabard and new pvp cloak, but doesnt say anythng about a pvp armor transmog set. Are we getting a new or are they rehashing s1?
You mean the trinket bonus? It will provide 1600 mainstat (up from 300) and 300 stamina (down from 2703), because they are also buffing player health by 25% in general
No I mean pvp transmog armor set.

they already confirmed they have new t sets means new pvp sets in diff color
