Season 3 and Rogue with Warglaive, a total joke

S1 and S2 was fun.

But then, S3 came. With the good old Warglaives of Azzinoth and insane armor penetration gear. On private server, content was tuned so that Warglaive was not easy to get. It’s not the case in TBC Classic, Black Temple is easier than SSC/TK, the world is filled with Warglaive.

We all know that Rogue is overpowered in TBC PvP. It’s not rocket science when you have 1mn30 Blind with a 2mn trinket, CS/KS/Gouge, infinite deadly throw, triple poison with kriss and weapon swapping. Add the fact that is the lowest skillcap class to play in arena, with the least amount of keybinds, and you can easily rank with a very small amount of resilience and lot of PvE gear.

It’s getting ridiculous. Can’t wait to play lich king to see all theses shadowstepers get back to 1500 rating with 2mn blind / no shadowstep while rooted / shadowdance / nerfed sub spec, so you have to think and stop theses “all-in” when you throw everything in less than 30 seconds. Can’t wait to see you rooted forever in a Icy Chain.

TLDR : Rogue is atrocious in TBC arena.

That’s how tbc arena works … you’re either a rogue, or in a team with a rogue.

They will just do 3’s as 3 Rogues and use Killing Spree on 1 target. Gimp him in a sec. or just blade flurry and KS to cleave ppl stacked down.

So… you will still get zerged down by Rogues.

Hunter says what?

There’s a rogue on my server with both glaives; he got them after 1 Illidan kill. He has 190 games of 2s played and is still less than 1.6k rating.

Glaives aren’t as strong as you make them out to be. OP in the hands of a good rogues, yeah. But you said it yourself, the class is so busted that a good rogue is going to be overpowered without glaives anyway.

Rogue is not a low skill cap arena class, Warglaives are a legit part of TBC arena. We know it’s frustrating to lose games, we know it’s frustrating when you think there is an unfair advantage but go play something else if you can’t accept these facts and move on.

all i can say is that you must be really disconnected from reality if you think that. you think that any of the mage specs have a higher skillcap than a rogue for example? druids and rogues are op in tbc because they are strong as a class, but also because they have the highest skillcap by far

Currently enjoying myself on arena with MH glaive <3

Well… yes, the hardest classes to play (almost) perfect are prolly rogue/druid, however you dont need to play them perfectly at all to get a (very) high rating, thats why they are considered to be overpowered / “easy”.

Ye. But then you will come in here and complain about Warrios/Rets/Dk´s blow you up with shadowmourne.
Having Warglaives doesnt instantly get you xx Rating. I mean sure, it probably has that effect in the lower ratings.

Honestly? Shadowmounr is nothing compared to Warglaive on rogue ,since rogue is like 3x better then any class almost with pve gear (since it can be with that pve gear).

In wrath, casters actually outscale melee, evne with smourne. Have fun vs lock shaman druid, mls, MLD, shadowplay dying in 3 sec cuz you don’t undrerstand arena and you die.

Will be hilarios indeed to see all warriors “zugzug” dying vs mages, locks, ele’s and then crying! but bro i got smourne.

Xd.

Buff rogues :upside_down_face:

Imo rogue is the class that takes the most skill, not the least.

Armor pen trinket will be much better. Especially on alliance.
We should discuss about banning this right now.

good we are blessed with half the population being so skilled at the game then

You can play with less than 20 keybinds and don’t need to downrank any spell. Theses 2 things already make Rogue class one of the least skilled. You don’t have that many choice in arena as Rogue.

Compare with Restau Shaman, Hunter and Warlock that need to manage pets and have infinite amount of keybinds. It is just way harder to play, Rogue the most skilled class is a myth. You have way more survivability than anyone else in this game. Warrior for example, don’t have downrank, don’t have that many spell, but they need to manage their stance constantly and they are extremely vulnerable,

That doesn’t define “skill”, at all.

And that is how we know that you’re trolling. Hunter is the easiest class in the game, it had a level of difficulty in Vanilla, but from TBC-onwards, it’s the tutorial class.

Legion made Demon Hunters, a class specifically designed to be played without thinking, where you could just jump straight into the game and play without any prio knowledge: Even with that addition, hunter was STILL the easiest class in the game.

The most difficult part about playing a hunter is continuing to play whilst wiping your own drool off of your keyboard.

A class being overpowered (rogues in this case) isn’t the same as a class being easy.

Warrior is pretty easy m8.

Fixed it for you
