Been looking everywhere for information on what is happening with Elite Sets in Season 4 but either I’m unlucky or there’s just nothing solid out there. What is happening with them?
Will we be able to earn the same Elite Set appearances from Season 3, just with a new name? Is this the last reset to try and nab the dark colour scheme sets?
Knowing how lazy and incompetent blizzturd is, you can assume that s4 has the same sets as s3
Well, as unfortunate as it might be for some, if the S4 sets match the S3 sets then that is fortunate for me. Means I still have a chance to get the Death Knight set.
Shame I won’t be able to get that lucrative S3 Gladiator title, eh?

I’ve pushed at all on my DK this season. Wouldn’t be the first time I’ve pushed from zero to 1800 quickly but a week might be tight.
The shame is that I had my eye on the Paladin set too but haven’t dusted off my Ret PvP in ages! Hence why I’m glad if S3 sets are the same as the S4 ones!
S3 and s4 are different and checked myself the other day. Hard to find info online but it is in appearance in game on each slot (not as set). If you need some help getting over the line let me know your btag and would be happy to help

I have and they do seem more like the vendor pieces. Worringly, non of the full sets are there; only bits of them.
It’s been the exact same for me; no word about the Elite Sets for the season at all. There’s articles about the regular stuff but nothing about me potentially getting that dark Paladin set in the new S4.
A week for 0-1800??

I got fooled by those myself. Given I played almost no pvp this season, had no ideea how the current set pieces looked like, LOL, but apparently what you see as “eternal gladiator” it’s just the current set with also pieces from other classes, still current set. For example, I checked on my rogue, and saw the monk and the druid cosmic gladiator heads, and I almost tought it was the new set.
the thing is the set’s are the same. for plate there are 3 set’s, warrior pala dk. for example: currently for conquest you get the paladin chest and warrior chest from vendor and if u upgrade them 8/9 (duelist) then u get those in the elite set colorway.
next season u will be able to get the dk (instead of pala) and warrior (again) chests. so its very liekely that the complete elite set’s u get from 1.8 will also stay the same. otherwise they wouldve changed the conquest pieces as well.
but dont be too sure if u really want them dont risk it push 1.8 before season ends.

wowhead even says the eternal gladiaor tabard is the same red color one as the s3 one

Nah, there’s 2 colorations left, one that fits the S1 mount colorwise and another one that fits the upcoming S4 mount, so I’d assume we get that one, which would be this Brown/Bronze color. You can defo find pictures online somewhere, the 5 variations of the SL PvP tabard have all been datamined way before the expac even released.
i know them all ye just on wowhead the eternal gladiator tabard, which will be s4 regarding the name, is a red one.
like said i as well dont think they will do that but thats what wowhead says currently.
