BUT players with really really low ilvl list keys without even understanding that it is scaled.

Go with a full 240 group and check.(Don;t use higher ilvl in group to get boosted)

A team of 240 are totally able to do a +2
Personally I’m not doing such things, but have several friends who do, and yes they have that gear
You were just unlucky
+2 should be doable with 240

Ye in their dream.I saw the dps and the survivability of the 240 .Your opinion okay but for me is wrong.

Because one is a +2 player as well 
22ilvls below what the dungeon drops and wearing random lvling gear, yeah it’s likely a gear issue.

frieda if remains last she will have a tank mechanic that does 26k dmg to the tank and SHOULD do a small fraction of that damage to the group, instead, the group takes more dmg than the tanks XDD

240 was enough to do 15s in S3, so no, it is not a gear issue.

wow. if a 240 cant do a +2 normally for a +15 what do you want? 300?
The hardest noobs in this game (like me) just have to learn 6 new dungeons for a “fun” season. It is even worse for new players! You will encounter hardcore players playing the game for years flaming people without any knowledge about karablub.
They added even more toxicity to the game
player issue… could do 15’s with random chars with 230 gear last season no problem

I see.I don’t know the tactics for them either.But i spammed Lower Kar for lower keys and i understood the basics .
The ones who flame others just ignore them.Report even.
I’m sure you could do 15’s in 230 gear, it’s amazing how easy it is when the rest of your team is overgearing it ;).
He’s talking about a pug group, dungeons that people haven’t touched for years and 20 item lvl’s lower than the drops.
If people want to pug dungeons that they don’t know properly (this would be in the +2 range) then yes, they’re undergeared.
