Just wondered what people’s predictions are for tier sets and how they might work in season 4. The way I see it, Blizz have 4 options:
Carry current tier sets over into season 4, reset the ilvl and make people re-upgrade with rating
Create new tier sets and make us re-grind for them via the vault
Remove them altogether or make them non upgradable in season 4
Keep current tier sets and just buff the ilvl dependent on how ranked up they were at the end of season 3
What are your guys thoughts/predictions? I personally don’t see them making new tier sets.
Probably having to get/craft them again cause it will be capped at s3 duelist anyway.
I don’t think there’s going to be a season 4 in shadowlands to begin with, the patch after 9.2.5 will be 10.0
They have announced that there will be a s4 already.

Oh my bad, seemed to recall reading somewhere that shadowlands was going to be a 3 patch kinda deal, disregard my comment then.

You right no more big patch are coming but they actually do another season the next. .5 patch.
I hope they don’t go down this route. Not sure I could be bothered to RNG farm the sake tier sets again!

After the implementation of corruption in BFA S4 im seeing forward to play with torghast-powers aswell :^)

No new content means no new gear right.
Thats what i would assume.
New season means upgraded gear you’ll have to farm. WoW seasons have always been tied with new gear (or same gear with upgraded ilvl) farm. This will probably affect tier sets as well. I’d be happily surprised if you were right though
Will probably get same transmog set with just higher itl.
maybe yeah, i just hope i can be done with farming my stuff once, really.
