you clearly developers have no clue about wow you just spawning random numbers from nowhere for example you dont nerf priest’s void plague 200 dmg per tick and dsnt break the fear priest has fear every 10 second you dont nerf rogue’s perma cc BUT HUNTER IS THE PROBLEM PLEASE if you have some dignity make a live like a campfire of diablo and apologize for what have you done but no dignity i guess is not a word in your vocabulary!!!

Complaining about rogue CCs chain on SoD is pointless. SoD add runes over the vanilla rules to help tuning classes and offer more versatility to them. Rogue being broken 1v1er has always been a thing and we should not pressure Blizzard to change that : it’s the core strength of rogues in classic, always has been, always should be. Greater Insignas added in p2 allows you to break the CC chain literally whenever you want, with any class, on any CC type. That’s already a big enough tool to help dealing with rogues, just learn using it properly.

This said, apart from its CCs chain (which, again, isn’t rune related), rogues doesn’t have an insane PvP impact added in runes such as SPriests or Warlocks have. Their mutilate allows them to kill you a bit faster, that’s for a fact, but to me, that seems to be a fair compensation to the tools given to other classes (Greater Insignas and runes at least).

And I’m not even talking about the fact that if a rogue isn’t the one who engage, they shouldn’t be able to CC you long enough to kill you. Oh, also, FAP.

Never happened to me, only the serrakis dagger poison has been applied on my sap multiple times which, I think, is working as in vanilla when you have poison procs on main weapon. Are you sure it did happen ? And if so may you link/share any evidence ? Really wanna check that fact

If you want make 2h playable and viable it two handed mastery need to allow place two imbue on two handed weapon, for example you can have windfury and RB for pvp and play with WoE

People who care about PvP deserves to suffer.

rogue is unplayable atm, try to 1vs1 a meta lock with soul link and 500% armor its laughable : 200 mut crits max while the infinite unkickable drain heals him for 100 hp/s… you can’t beat that even with the openning

spriest, locks, shamans, melee hunts and mages all sit on rogue in pvp

all i hear is skill issue, you shouldn’t lose to any caster as rogue with CDs, but hey if you are a novice rogue you shouldn’t whine.

Blizzard has nerfed Balance Druids/SPs which people called broken, but there was infinitely more counterplay to that than you will find for a rogue.
For everything you think of for counterplaying rogues they will have an answer and just reset the fight to go back to CC spamming you until you die. FAP? Blind, Gauge, Sap, reset.
Also relying on rogues bad RNG to miss a stun or multiple abilities shouldn’t be the norm.
So yes pressure Blizzard to nerf the damage output/range of CC/Shadowstep to make it at least more fair for the person to get jumped by a rogue.

Shadowstep, Mutispam, Stun or you eat a blind, literally bad gameplay design if rogues get a ranged stun that also deals a good chunk of damage.

dont get us wrong it is about the range hunter specs. sadly hunter is the only class with dps only and used to be ranged only. but now we are forced to play meele which is edited by moderator.

MM and SV spec is dead in pve. only wore dps is edited by moderator frost mage…

While changes on Main Gauche are welcome, you need to understand that tanking is not only about tankiness but also about threat.

Even if MG adds 3 cp with those changes, it doesn’t compete with Muti at all (because no damage + no damage bonus + big CD)

So, either you remove it from gloves slot, either you really buff this skill if you want us to use it.

Dunno, you could add a buff on damage dealt by SS and Riposte based on our parry rating while the buff is active for example. And/Or make Riposte resets MG cooldown for a much more engaging gameplay

Anyway, make something about the damage/threat and not only about tankiness, because even with the incoming changes there’s no way any rogue tank will use it x)

I get it, hunters needed to be tuned down. But why nuke them whit 30% straight.
Also all warrior’s who roam here to whine about it, just shut it. U will scale anyway to Tier 1 Melee AGAIN after couple resets.

Correct! Fear in general is now a very bad cc. It breaks almost instantly for all classes who have it or gets removed instantly. Pushback is insane and Shields are extremely weak. Glad I am a troll priest with Shadowguard. Even from a bear pet, I get a lot of pushback. I am unable to cast if anything is on me. Just Shadowguard and Mind Flay spamming until Blackout procs.

There’s toomany morons playing PvE that do not understand howmuch effort it takes to play SP in PvP compared to a rogue who has literally everything from CC to Mobility to Damage.

I have over 2500 armor, over 4000 HP, and ~175 spellpower with my Shadow Priest buffed in BGs/STV. 1.6k dot damage over 18/24 seconds isn’t as powerful as you think. Every other class can get even more HP if they want to. But they use their pve minus stamina gear. Additionally, there are dispel and abolish disease spells.

So you playing World of Peacecraft? PVP has always been the center of wow classic, two factions against each other. Go play tetris, i think it suits you better.

Open world PvP in games that are PvE driven have been nothing but toxic.

This is why PvE realms exist.

This is why warmode was implemented in retail.

Class tuning on live WHEN?

Will you do some PvP balance changes this week and fix the rampant infestation of Demon Hunters and Resto Druids in the ladder finally?

Or has pvp been abandoned and everyone has moved onto the next expac?
