I really enjoy farming these 2 reputations. For 1st time I made a build specifically for faster pulling. With friends and guild mates we formed 2 groups of 4 and just started blasting. 2 tanks 2 pullers and KABOOM. I liked it a lot. The two reputation are not hard to farm in my opinion. 1 level per day so 5 days per representative = 10 days in total and that is if people don’t push themselves. If they do then it will be even faster

Ok today with my friends we tried a different way. A 5 man party doing the left wing of the citadel (the non-elemental one). And it also worked like a charm. As long as noone comes to interfere and stays in their wings everything is fine and dandy.
Tomorrow I want to try farming outside the citadel with my party to see how will be there.
Well, I am glad someone enjoys it. I think I will just do 1 key a week on my main. Not a big fan of the elite areas.

So after trying the farm outside the citadel with my friends. I can tell it is nice. We liked the constant gliding. We were getting bored from the citadel. 1st farming earth elemental wing with 2x4 composition made of guild mates and friends, then the other wing for change of the scenery with one group of 5, then going outside the citadel. The party is 4 damage dealers 1 tank. We had quite a fun farming outside especially with Worldcarver Wurmlings and the mobs surrounding them & the rock elementals Caldera Stompers. All the rare encounters were a bonus 
I am surprised how many people are there farming also a lot are doing the Siege on Dragon Bane keep. Each time the event starts and the Soup event too are full.

How long did it take you to get both maxed out?
I did the magmote grind yesterday (1k for the snail) and it took maybe 2+ hours. Very boring on the other hand - just pure grind.
Is there any weekly huge reward etc for the factions? Or after you complete the initial quest, the only option is to grind your brain out with the keys.
As I am 6/6 only with one of the 2 dragons i can talk only for it. There are 2 items of 289ilvl also if you are 6/6 with both you can buy a mount. Manuscripts to customize your drake and 3 weapon cosmetics. So the grind for me is worth it as I enjoy to play dress up with my character. Also the rare mobs drop 366 ilvl which was definitely an upgrade to me.
Also I liked the farm because it involved all the aspects I enjoy about the DH and that is the climbing and moving potential to be used on maximum. I actually created a new build specifically to move faster than normal as tank. So the grind was enjoyable because I like my class a lot and upgraded one of his play styles more than what I normally have it as.
I’d say 4 days to max the reps with the grind I did because today I am getting for certain Wrathion that pussy…I never liked him to begin with. And I started late with the farm because I found out by mistake about the reputations lol
How much did you play in these 4 days, grinding the rep?
The same amount i’d invest in a M+. I don’t see the difference. It is about enjoyment.
I’m gonna ask for the last time now because I can’t tell if you’re making a mockery out of me with refusing to answer, or if you don’t understand the question.
So for the sake of keeping it normal - I’m interested in farming both drakes rep aswell since I want the mount. What’s the time investment in hours or in other words, how many hours did it take you to reach the max rep with both Sabellian and Wrathion? 
I’d say 72 hours maybe
