I have done the weekly quest for the half spark and I know the other half drops from raids and dungeons. I have cleared the whole of LFR, normal and heroic vault in addition to 10+ dungeon runs yet no second splinter. Everyone else I speak to had it drop on almost immediately after a boss or two. Please help
