I have seen that most people on the top use finality, but is that because of a bug? It causes more damage than indented?, Palumor recommended sephuz’s proclamation(especially as it stacks with orc hardiness), though this was perhaps in 9.2, now and going into the future patch, what leg do you think is the correct one or recommended one, I’m asking because I really want to use sephuz’s proclamation but there was some dude who wrote some incoherent text about it no longer having the 80 secondary stat someway or another…
sephuz is a counter pick against other rogues, especially sub rogues. it’s no good for human rele because sephuz and rele don’t stack. for races that aren’t orcs and humans, it turns you into a very scuffed orc at the cost of damage. for orcs, it makes you incredibly hard to kill for other rogues.
finality is the default choice because it’s a good damage increase. you can also play shadowdust if you prefer.
