A quick question, does anyone know what exactly they did to manage to get secondary stat value below main stat value?
I know that they added diminishing returns, but i don’t think that is all. Sec stats used to be about twice as valuable as primary in many cases, just adding some diminishing returns wouldn’t change this dramatically i think, so what exactly did they do?
Did they add % scaling to primary stats? But that can’t be otherwise secondary stats would also pick up in value.
And before that, Primary stats were worth more than secondary. I remember I was really annoyed when they overbuffed the value of secondaries so much. Was it Legion?
And removed primary stats from jerwlry.
There’s a reason they were called Primary.
What exactly they did? There’s an internal formula or scale that says A amount of crit points gives B% extra crit chance (at level C, existing crit level D). Nothing easier than to mess with that table.
Why does it matter exactly what values they used? You could go check out old versions of Simulationcraft or something if you really want the internals.
Id rather just not have it though, since they already changed the primary stat scaling, the dr was unnecessary.
I am not against primary stats being more important, but i am against diminishing returns. Since secondary stats actually do something for your rotation. While primary stats are just damage.
What thing ? Whole point is there is DR that you dont like and im trying to understand if that 1% of secondary stat( maybe not even in your case) is all that bothers you .
