Secret fishing spots achievement bugged?

Hi all; anyone else having any issues with the above achievement for the fishing in dragonflight?
I have skill level for fishing at 56/100 and have completed the main campaign in full; renown 30 with the iskarra and have opened all nets apart from the highlands fishing spots.

Also having issues with the nets also for these spots-nothing is coming up when I am around there?

Does anyone know what I am missing-like do I have to do the whole loremaster optional questlines to open them or am I missing something else?

Any help would be great; thanks in advance!

You need to craft items to unlock the Spots/get achievement.

Here basicaly check the comments. You have max renown so you should be able to get all items needed and then go to npc and create items. Also the Net spots are weakly rotation i believe, Each week there are different Fishing holes active.
