Yesterdays or rather todays quest is Under Suspicion.
Tonight (or technically tomorrow) we should get the orb one.
There IS a comment on Wowhead saying there’s a bug.
Didn’t affect me personally, but maybe that’s what’s happening with you?
I was also thrown slightly by the change of order

All the quests will remain in the game. You can do it at your leisure. 
I think they are just listed wrong and we will get the orb one tomorrow.
If you look at the title we got in the title tab it is spelt wrong so I don’t think they quality assessed this event very well and as it wasn’t on the PTR there wasn’t any player input to point out their mistakes
