i finished kyrian story and didnt get this, i have the mount but not wings
anyone know how i get it? thanks
That’s odd. According to Wowhead you should get them along with the mount and the pet. Did you check your bags and wardrobe for them? You can type the item’s name in the search box in both and check faster that way.
i did check on appearance section but it show that i dont have them(i only have pet and mount)
Did you check the bags as well? If the item’s not there either then I suggest you send a bug report in the support part of the in-game menu.
Also, were your bags almost full when you finished the quest? The item might be sent to you by the postmaster in the in-game mail if there wasn’t any space for it in your bags.
i checked them and still nothing
Odd. No idea what’s wrong then. Hope you’ll get this issue solved. If all else fails, I suggest opening up a ticket detailing your issue. Maybe a GM could help you.
I think you can re-buy them at the vendors in the Bastion if you didn’t got them… Maybe try to check the vendors at the Conduit Forge.
Did you sell the item? Since 9.1.5., you don’t automatically learn the appearances anymore, unless it’s proper gear. The item you are asking about, is a cosmetic item, that gets added to the appearance manually by right clicking on it.
I did the kyrian campaign on my alt maybe 2 weeks ago, and I received the item just fine. Didn’t have to use it as I already had the appearance though.
If you don’t have it in your bags, you maybe sold it accidently. In that case, just walk to the vendor and buy it back.
If not, I suggest using the Item restoration proccess that is accessible via the ingame menu. You can search for the items you destroyed / sold there.
If nothing above helps, you should open a manual ticket.
