Doesn’t character transfer service not include transfer to another account? So technically it is supported by Blizz and totally doable.

Besides it will be fun addition to Black Market Auction House - Slave market, where you can sell/buy the characters.

Yes, you can transfer to another battle.net account, but only one in the same name as the originating account and owned by the same person.

if I remember correctly, you can only do it within the same Battle_net account

You can move a character from one battle net to another, provided all the info for the owner is the same as the destination.
