Island Expeditions are a great way to powerlevel your character from 110-120. It usually gives you ~14% xp per run and with my experience and well-geared twink dh it only takes 5 minutes per run.
Also i am pulling every special rare elites on the island so it gives us a chance to recieve special rewards (mounts,pets,toys, quest items).
