just send back who exploited free mig from Firemaw to Gehennas. or send them a new realm. this is your fault that leading a whole faction of a realm migrated here over a night so you had to fix this.

Stop blaming players. What can happen will happen.
What have we learned:
- Players love mega servers
- Where the mega servers are has changed several times throughout the classic lifespan
- Player Auction House Addons and AH Bots put serious load on the backend servers
What are the solutions?
- Very expensive and very difficult to undo vertical scaling of hardware.
- Throttle AH requests massively per player (most scalable solution).
