Currently I am honor capped on two of my chars and nothing at all to use those points on.
If you gear up a char (and dont play for 12h every day) only by doing BGs it will take weeks to get just 200 ilvl.

you could use your honor to buy marks of honor but yes, we should be able to send alts some honor or at least medals which could be converted to honor.

Make honor account wide - like Honor level. And increase or remove the cap.
