i did not add money to my balance with is apparently needed with SEPA. I think its a bit weird but ok. I added money and now hope to my suspension lifted so i can pay with SEPA and play again.

What you mean by suspensions? Suspensions are not usually related to payments, unless you made a chargeback or there was some other issue with the payment.
In anycase, billing issues or suspensions cannot be handled over the forums - you need to contact the CS using the ticket system if you have issues with either.

i used SEPA like 20 times and 20 times it worked without actully paying
I have no idea what you mean by that. SEPA Is just the payment area used in the EU so that you an do bank/wire transfers between banks even in different eurozone countries. If you do Sepa transfer then that by definition is paying.
