Disabling the add-ons doesn’t change anything
In retail, as far as I can see, the issue occurs when you try to pass from a zone to another one
Seems that the issue is on the server side, not the client side (so nothing to do with the add-ons)

Wife and I have the same issue. Can’t hand in quests, can’t quit or logout the game, have to alt + F4 to close the game, loading back in we get ‘character name already exists’…what an absolute turd show of a remix launch. You’d have thought they’d put measures in place to account for the servers being hammered.

Nothing has changed. Original and 20+ years of experience to make peoples game launches bad as possible. Same problem here, can make one or two quests here and there and then game just stops working.

Logged out via alt+F4, waited 10mins, logged back in. Massive Rollback, Interface set back to default but I can hand in quests now. lol.
UPDATE: Few quests later same problem appears. Unplayable.

Yep, can’t get past the first quest. Have to alt f4 the game to close it, then “character with that name already exists”

In remix, upon completing a dungeon, I am unable to leave the dungeon. Forcing me to /camp and wait 5 minutes for my character to log out of the server before i can log back on. What an experience!

Yep, cannot hand in quest ‘Time Crisis’. Not allowed to log out after trying either.
Can’t delete characters on remix or retail

What a shaitshow. And it’s 11:00 AM so they can’t blame it on high server load. Pathetic.
At the current moment, I am unable to do pretty much every basic game functionality there is.
Opening map gives me a long lua error that crashes my game.
Crafting orders freezes my game.
Using HS puts me on an infinite loading screen, the same for mage teleports and portals.
Changing zones, as in flying from Dornogal to Rising Depths puts me on infinite loading etc.
And the list goes on.
I’ve repaired my game twice, updated every driver there is to update, nothing works.
Edit: Ringing Deeps sorry, I can’t check map, so I wasn’t entirely sure.
Looks like they rolled the server back but still having interaction issues, can’t hand in quests.
Experiencing the same sadly.
