By the way, if I complete a random dungeon and close the game, my XP from completing that dungeon will be reverted.

We all have been playing this game for a long time. And Blizzard has been working on this game for a long time.
The amount of issues on EVERY SINGLE LAUNCH is comical. Incompetence seems to be the standard for Blizzard. I have no doubt that some engineers are working hard and that a lot of good people care about the game internally. But launching a TIME event so poorly is just an insult to players. Load balancing is not new. Neither is cutting corners.
Fix this game or stop pushing events that you can’t properly managed.
You are not a f2p game. You are not an indy dev shop. You are a joke.

As our team heads back home (and battle with the servers while we try to level up in Legion Remix), please rest assured that our engineers and developers are still working on resolving this issue.
So while we may not provide new updates for the rest of the day on the forums, it doesn’t mean that you’re being ignored.
As mentioned earlier today, we’re investigating issues with the servers. This is unrelated to your addons.
We’re also working on getting this back up asap.

Somebody suggested here to wait 30 minutes after logging out, so i can get back in, this doesn’t work. I’m locked out of all my characters for over 1hr at this point.
It’s really weird that while I can’t talk to quest NPCs or use any kind of spell - I can see others fighting mobs etc around me.
How is this even happening?

I’ve gave up on the Remix but I cannot even play the Retail right now. Blizzard, what have you guys done?
AAA game btw. Amazing that they are still able to do so poorly every time they try to do something.

It’s always about minimum viable product for these ghouls who run these companies. And as the software isn’t critical and they’re not held to any kind of service level agreement with us, they’ll cut every QA corner they can get away with. This is the consequence.

I’m baffled… I just tried to play some legion, can’t turn in the quest. Character name already in use bug, check…
can’t move or casts spells check…
can’t craft items check…
It’s been 11 hours when people first started reporting this nonsense, what are y’all doing over there?

This is so busted. Can’t play for more than a few minutes without an NPC interact locking up the game or an infinite loading screen.
Was this even tested before launch? I was one of the lucky few that has been able to quest somewhat, but about half my quest reward boxes cant be opened, they just go grey and non interactable… I get the sense this was never stress tested? How can you not have anticipated that many people would come back for this. Issues clearly related to server traffic as it’s like the expansion launch experience.

Thanks to this “useful” tip now I got " A character with that name already exsist", though I havent received it before. Imagine I had to pay for this service. Oh wait …

Brief update. Received another bonus - got que to RBG and can’t get in … fair
In heroic raid, couldn’t attack Forgeweaver no spells worked and not even hitting the boss for white damage with my staff. Couldnt relog, had to Alt F4 which then logged me back in but I had been ported to the start of the raid in combat, got the kill credit but didnt get to roll on loot.
How is this fun or an OK state to play the game in?

UPDATE! Now I have deserter debuff since I left BG I haven’t got option to enter … fair enough
Why should it be tested since we have this oppotunity now to pay to test it? Not paid but pay
