Hi, so, yesterday i bought the WoW: Complete Edition and with that i got an upgrade for 110 levels. Today I’ve been playing for a while and when i started talking with another users from other kingdoms and they told me to ask for a change of server because on the server i am playing there is no one on horde. I already use the token of 110, and i want to be playing on a guild and so on. It’s the first time i play this game and i actually want to enjoy it.
I don’t know if it’s possible. You definitely can’t get a refund on a boost but, as you only bought the game yesterday, it might be worth contacting Support to see if they can move your character - explain you’re a new player and you bought the game yesterday, not realising the importance of the realm you choose.
I would suggest going here - https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/product/wow/166/180/channels and would opting for Live Chat as that should get you an answer straight away. It may not be possible, but you’ll never know unless you ask

You should post in English if you can as these are the English forums. However, I think you’re saying you bought US gametime instead of EU by mistake. You’ll have to make a ticket as I think they will have to refund the wrong gametime and then you buy again.

I recently moved to Sydney, Australia from France. I could have changed my region on my Battle.net account but when I go in game to create a new character none of the oceanic servers are listed. I would love to pay a transfer and move my character from an EU realm to an oceanic. Do you think it is possible to play on an oceanic realm by transferring a character or creating a new one without creating a new account?
