Can you please repair, what the DDoS/Server outage on 2nd june 23:45 ST did to the hardcore community?
Many deaths to that, not caused by any players mistake, except being online during a server drop.
Please finally adress this and stop ignoring.

Okay.
It was a DDoS attack. Blizzard was just as negatively affected as you guys were.
With DDoS being external, illegal attacks on servers, where not one single company can prohibit them, Blizzard is in no position to grant any sort of compensation.
End of story.
Edit: As it affected hardcore characters you might be lucky blizzard will try to revive the affected characters.
That being said, give them time to gather information about who was affected etc.
It might be an irrepairable issue, though.
I showed you the proper place for Hardcore problems not on retails thanks.

Alaric is not wrong .if you post there .it will gain traction.on general discussion it will just get lost as most people play retail .so loss will be yours .

The server issue was not a hardcore only issue, all servers were down, even retail.
Also i feel like the devs arent reading hc forum.

Devs do not read the forums for a start , only forum staff and then they pass messages on also you only mentioned HC realms and there is already a blue post about it at the time
But most players who play retail donât care as much. For them it was just an annoyance and doesnât warrant any reparations.

Post that on hardcore servers.It wasnt a big deal on retail.
