The servers went down on the 3rd of this month and it’s been over 3 weeks and still no comment or mention of it. I’ve added tickets in-game twice to ask, but the ones handling those tickets have no impact or information regarding it that they can share. They’ve only said that they’re aware of it and it impacted several games causing downtime at the time, and to keep an eye on these forums. The person answering seemed very considerate and understanding, and made it very clear that they had no info or way to directly help.
Me on my 60 HC priest (Healfone-Soulseeker), as well as my entire Scholomance group died during that crash, which happened literally 1 second after we pulled a boss. I’ve heard a number of 280+ confirmed deaths, but that’s nothing I have any direct info or proof regarding, it’s just a number I heard, could be more, could be less. I’m just sending this to try and keep the issue active, so it doesn’t fade into nothingness, it’s shaken my urge to log-on heavily dying to that, I’ve died with several 60s but that death had the highest impact on lowering my urge to play.

I completely agree, I am STILL waiting for a reply regarding my toon ‘Vybe - Soulseeker’ as I also died on a pull in strat live. It’s absolutely unacceptable that we have to wait this long for a response.
Just to say we have to ‘keep an eye on the forums’ or ‘try on social media’ is absolutely pathetic and laughable how little people are prepared to do to help the people that fund this game. I have been on WoW for nearly 16 years and this is by far the worst customer service I have seen in any company. Its beyond a joke.
People have spend months and months on their toon and this problem ISNT GOING AWAY. So tackle it head on or face months and months of complains across multiple topics on multiple forums.

Lost my 60 mage to this ddos/server outage. And when i logged in the death allert was constantly for 10-15 minits so alot of players died but how many 60’s i dont know. Me and another 60 in the guild died… sucks that they havent said anything in the hc forums yet. So i have lost the hope of getting ressurected unfortunally…
At this time, it would be reasonable to deduce that they’re not going to do any restorations.
