Server shutdown but no info anywhere on how long?

It says approximately 03.00 (CET), but any information prior to the shutdown or why its shutdown is hard to find

where does it says that ? is it the same for classic era ?
it goes for all the classic servers
every one says the app, i can never find it

Same. shows them like an alert message but never seems to show on my battle.net launcher.
Can somebody point me that out pls? i have looked all over this app

If you open the launcher it should be very visible
