If you cannot provide sufficient service, you should payback costomers subscription fee.
Gehennas is not playable, furthermore, Billizard is wasting customers’ time.
Looting takes minutes, and died in that period and server probably disconnects you! It is not playable!
In summary, if you cannot give sufficient experience, do not ask custoer to pay for it.
In conclusion, billzard should reimburse us as costomer in Gehennas!!

They’ve offered you a solution, which is to change to either of two servers, Mograine or Hydraxian Waterlords, in their opinion this is more than a fair solution as they’re not obligated to offer you anything at all.
It’s frustrating as a player I know, I like you suffer through it on the daily.
- So either suffer through it or move that’s the offers there are. You will not be reimbursed or get a month free.
