Same here guys totally randomly lag spikes out of nowhere for me when the lag/spike passes the WORLD MS jumping to 680-1980+ and ONLY WORLD MS which clearly indicate its server issue not my own internet which is totally fine because those spikes only occur in wow not in other blizz games, the most common times of those spikes are wednesday evening (most guild raiding) and other days generally evening times like 19+ ST also generally those spikes occur during the day like afternoon but way more rarer than described above. Also tried many stuff to resolve it nothing help.
Nothing will help since the issue is on Blizzardās end (and companies they cooperate with):

The only thing that seems to help is:
- disabling wi-fi on your phone so it switches to mobile data, and plugging it in with usb tethering on (itās also possible to configure it so that only 1 app uses the phone network, and all others use the regular one,
- buying and using VPN.
Oh, and Blizzard actually caring and allocating several minutes into the issue would help too, but thatās a wild idea with no chance of happening.

At this point it would be faster to fix it by commiting act of terror during Blizzard event rather than writing ticket with same Automated bot response telling me to flush DNS / check my antivirus.
Topic is regulary bringing up on forum and no blue post so far. with some absolute mouth breather advice like , did you try to turn off addons?// looks like ISP issue to meeeee"
Wake up blizzard or you gonna end up like Ubisoft

Just submitted ticket to Blizzard support. I know that replay will be too general and not helpful at all. Stillā¦ if you want to increase the priority of this problem, you should start by reporting the problem. Even if marked as solved, after another lag spike you should report it again.
wrote it in another topic already.
since wed. from time to time a monster lag. from 13ms latency to 5k. after that it works for half an m+. like others described. no action is possible. always 165fps. 10k fibre up/down. connected via ethernet. switzerland. many years no issues at allā¦

Result: see Hop #11 ā¦ pushing keys is not possible. every m+ run i got a āspike for 10-15secā where i can do nothing and probably die / wipe due to missing interrupts.
tried different ips from blizzard and so onā¦

Ive had a quiet week and a half of no lag, but today, just as its scripted it has happened again at exactly 18:40. My ping in rocket league is 28, my ping in CS is 33. My ping in a discord call is 31, however my wow ping is 180 currently as im trying to do world quests on my alt.
And yet again id like to remind this to everyone - this keeps happening from february, to a lot of people from different countries, different connections, different regions and different ISPs. Small indie company is yet to respond.

Hopefully theyāll add a brand new store mount as compensation. 
this gameās foundation is 20 year old spaghetti coding. i would not be surprised if they cant fix it.
the random lag.
the fps drops.
the stuttering.
i wish we would get wow 2 on a more modern and flexible engine

Dont forget CoD6 full release is coming out soon, every time new CoD launched in some phase (betas etc) every other Activision service tanked.
And here was I, thinking that getting bought by Microsoft is gonna get things betterā¦
how it can be better if people all around forums creates topics and point by point blizzard servers from FEBRUARY 2024ā¦ seeing blizzard has no intention to react here or fixing their servers

Same here UK , everyday since the launch of the 20th Birthday celebrations , normally 19ms now anywhere between 98 and 400 , its making me want to stop plaing as technically I cant do high end M+ or raiding with this delay.

Bro yesterday on patch launch, im from poland btw, entire evening at least cant doo a weekly quest hub in hallowfal - spreading the light - without a LAG SPIKE and/or DC every several seconds and minutes as wellā¦ its completely unplayable today on guild raid hc i have to resign because the sameā¦ ping approx 120-140 where previously got 29-35 ITS TOTAL ABSURD how servers are bad and still NO RESPONSE NO ACTION AT ALLā¦ few moments ago i logged to do some weekly mount farm and got lag after 20? seconds after login? HOW I SUPPOSE TO PLAY THISā¦ WHEN?! will be able to doo keys and raid content? WHEN?!
EDIT: Forgot to mention that todays lag spikes during raids are much longer (not always but mostly they are) and after spike my ms jumps totally randomly from 1370++ to even 3700+/- ofc ms WORLD, my internet works totally fine.
