I’m fairly sure it’s all EU. It is announced on the launcher with the yellow triangle and an exclamation mark inside.

according to Realm Status - Europe - World of Warcraft
most of the servers are online but I still cant access the game.
What? Literally says: No realm data to display. Please try again later.

The site shows them online for couple of mins, then they vanish. Rinse and repeat.

yeah and what’s odd it that the game does not even display the list of the servers as it usually do, even tagged as “offline”. It just says “no server available” during the launch.
(same happened me several times when there were a problem with patching. If I remember right the solution was to delete a file in WoW and let WoW patch/correct it, but no idea which file it was)
On my phone it shows them online on the website. On my PC it says “No realm data to display” 
It looks like they might have some issues to deal with
Nobody’s working on it. Microsoft’s just cashing fat checks while the servers nap. You’re still paying — they just forgot the delivering part.

i wonder what they’re thinking after they relaunch the servers… all my money on long server queues and laggy beta launch

The problem is that their driver updates has come in conflict with their ISA network card.

Having the full length maintenance on EU servers is super rare, at least in the last years. At the moment it looks like there is something going terribly wrong. I wouldn’t be surprised if the maintenance work takes significantly longer today and there will be no information about it for the time being.
Edit: Nevermind, there is news that the maintenance is extended by 1 hour for retail.
I sure hope broken sure is not a buggy mess then as someone said it would be
what’s now the official time for the end of the maintenance? (I took on purpose free time from work until 5pm to play WoW xD)
Not surprised, they’ve been struggling with Remix and the bugs there, as well as the ones popping up in retail BECAUSE of remix stuff.
Now the next phase is supposed to go live and nothing works….why am I not surprised?
I mean after 21 years of expirience, who could expect them to get it done right?? **sarcasm ^^
