In most recent experience, we had been having a head-to-head battle between factions in Nazjatar, great fun, 30+ per side and totally enjoyable.
Then the server shutdown message appears and 15 mins later bang…
On login, I am still in Nazjatar, competely abandoned, no PvP.
Surely the expertise of game programming should be able to rectify this? I am once again so bitterly disappointed with the lacklustre style of this game and its apparent disregard of the playing community.
I’ve opened a ticket demanding that they check with Ignite-Aerie-Peak before they dare even think about another realm restart. I made it clear that is was unfair to expect them to suspend what must have been an urgent problem to interrupt your fun of the game. I explained in no uncertain terms that they must recompense you in full every penny you’ve ever paid to play this game and should there ever be another realm restart they must check what’s going on in Nazjatar PvP first!
Clearly this demands a petition, boycott, sanctions on the US and military action.
I think the main issue here is just the lack of communication.
There’s almost no reaction to any feedback and information about changes is sparse.
Often there is jsut no way around a maintenance and with players coming from all over the place someone will always be affected by restarts. I just think it would be less frustrating, if there was any information about what is worked and what the future plans are.
Correct. So if they deem it worthy to shut down the server to fix something, they have every right to do so. Who knows, keeping it online may have created even more issues.
Though some more communication via @BlizzardCSEU_EN would have been nice. At least they gave the 15 minutes countdown so you can clean up before you logoff.
