I was soloing Mythic Sepulcher Of The First Ones when you unexpectedly shut down the servers out of nowhere. I demand full compensation for the remaining bosses, including the quest item to unlock the last boss skip.
Its the weekly reset. Scheduled maintenance.

Brother, maybe you want to keep an eye out on your Battle.net launcher? It says it every week 2-3 days before weekly reset.
Those capable to read are informed.

In the past 5-7 years it is in the same time and bnet warns you at least four days before…
The unexpected is the fact there are still players who are suprised - enough to form a whole team to run M+ before minutes of shut down!
Let me guess, just for bonus points, you had an Add-on that warned you before reset too and lost it…?

Brother, servers go down between every tuesday - wednesday night.
You expect me to remember all of this information. I’ve only been playing for 20 years, this shutdown message came as a surprise, chocking frankly.

The battle net app ( click battle net logo on the top left corner) > Settings > App .
Set your language to English (UK) . You will then see the restart messages in the App at the top in advance (multiple days before even) , bolded in yellow .
If it is English (US) . You will not see them . Why ? I have no idea …

If youre using European account you need to change battle.net launchers language setting to UK English from US English. It will probably work also if you change it to another European language, like Spanish.

Shocker. Realms reset every Wednesday morning in the early hours. It’s not like it hasn’t been like this for the past 2 decades..

Maybe yes. Also the prototype pantheon was cheating and couldn’t die even though I nuked them all at the same time..
They should do the server shutdown another time, so more people are affected. I feel this was very directed towards me, personally.
