I am trying to transfer my character from pyrewood village to firemaw but when i enter the server name on the transfer window the continue option stays greyed out

Are you seeing an error when you try to transfer your character? You can also review the restrictions on this page if needed:
If you’re trying to transfer from a populated server to other populated server using free transfer option, it will not allow you to do it. That’s what I’ve managed to understand from reddit and other sites, because not a single help or faq mentions that.
Hi Yradorne, thanks for your response. I’m not getting an error, the continue button is greyed out after I type in the destination. Another user has suggested it might be because I am using the free transfer service from a populated server to another populated server - I have tried transferring to a server with low population but the issue is still there.
If you’re using free transfers, I’m afraid that you’d need to select another realm or try again later. Our developers open and close servers for these rather often, and we don’t have any visibility on this.
