Now that free transfers have come to chaos bolt EU many players have left, including half my guild.
I was not awake at 4am so I missed the transfers and now I am stuck on an empty server, with no groups going, only a handful of people in LFG, and most of my guild is on another server.
The people who werent awake at 4am are just screwed then? We are stuck on a dying server and we cannot join our friends and guilds?
What kind of terrible idea is this? My server was good a week ago, now its screwed and so am I because I didnt stay up all night to keep checking for transfers.

They really dont care. There is a thread on CB with over 100 replies, and another thread with almost 400 replies, and they really dont care

yea… this happened to me twice in 2019-2021, once in vanilla and once in TBC.
blizzard will simply never learn.
at this point there is no other solution than to merge the servers completely.
they tried it the old way, it didn’t work. time to stop beating around the bush.
every time blizzard has allowed free transfers, bar none, it has resulted in this exact problem; every. single. time.
