I was in SW, could not trade, then crash. I think I was lucky not chasing Murlocs.

is not first time, but still I think we need explanation why.
Not sure if you saw Tom Ellis’s tweets but basically said something about upsetting backend system upgrade that went wrong resulting major malfunction.
I did not, thanks. Why they do not do such things during Maintenance, I wonder.

Or during the least active time - 4:00-5:00. I think some players lost their characters due to this.
