At this moment all servers except two (I’m not playing on) are incompatible.
Edit: closing the game totally and restarting it, solved the problem.

Exact same issue, only 2 servers are available to play.
Every time I start Battle.net app an update starts, but it doesn’t fix issue. I think I went through 10-15 updates as well, each update consists of only 2 states: Initializing, reclaiming space.
Edit: Restarted my pc entirely, this time it downloaded a patch of 420Mb and now I can play. Only restarting the Battle.net app didn’t fix it for me.
