Set piece not refundable if mistakenly bought with Undermine Real

Accidentally bought the wrong piece of gear from vendor in Booty bay today. Bought shoulder piece instead of boots and ended up not being able to refund it. I have not used the piece its just in its set form “Molten Scaled Shoulderpads”.

Support can not help with it either cause the game should have self refund “options” which this vendor does not have. So im stuck with a tier piece i dont need and -20 coins.

Sounds like a bug, had no problems with other items at the vendor.

Be more carefull in the future, good it was only 20 reals, thats 2 dungeons.
