Sethrak lifespan

How long these snakes actually could live? They are immortal?

The sethrak once lived together as one as their loa Sethraliss would have wanted. Thousands of years ago, they and Zandalari trolls lived in harmony in Vol’dun and worshiped Sethraliss together.

During the warbetween the trolls and the aqir roughly 16,000 years ago, the C’Thrax Mythrax the Unraveler descended upon Vol’dun. He slaughtered troll and sethrak alike. Sethraliss sacrificed herself to save them, but though she struck Mythrax down Mythrax was still able to destroy the disc at the heart of Atul’Aman.
After witnessing the destruction firsthand, the sethrak knew that something had to be done to prevent anyone from raising Mythrax again. Sulthis, Vorrik, and Korthek worked together to seal Mythrax within the great pyramid

16000 years ago our snake friend Vorrik was around… and today he is quite fit - okay, almost died, but not really an ancient, withered snake guy, heck, even Valen looks like a prune… compared to him, Vorrik is an athlete, like Malfurion or Tyrande

So not only the Sethrak are more more ancient than the Night Elves, but… they are either extremly long lived or near immortal?

I hand’t really thought about it; I just assumed Sethrak would’ve lived several hundreds of years, like the Tortollans… But now that you say this; Its safe to say that the Sethrak fall into the same catogory as Nightsabers and Draenei;

They can become really, really ancient. Because like the Draenei and Nightsabers, none have died because of old age for now and none has had the same blessing of immortality like the Kaldorei had…!

Sethralis grants them eternal youth.

Do we know if their leaders aren’t an exception?

We know nothing of them really.
It is what makes them so interesting.
Supposedly their army is ridiculous large too.
