So I’ve solved over 100 challenges (20 challenges times 5 attempts) on the mobile app correctly and it’s still not convinced I am a human.
Is there a known issue here? It’s annoying that I can’t make a group to host my own key without this app that refuses to work as it should.

We’re aware of an issue where some players can get this error when trying to create a new account, and we are currently investigating it.
If you get this error, you should then have a blue button at the bottom of the window “I am human”. Please try this option, and if you still get an error after this, you should have an error message such as “Value is invalid” followed by a number.
If you have this error, could you provide us the number in question please? This will help us investigate where the issue is coming from.

Thanks Yryadorne! I tried to set up the Authenticator again this morning, and it just sent me an SMS code to enter and it worked this time, without requiring and captcha or similar challenge.
The code in the error message last night was 0, however, if there is a wider issue you want to feed it back on.

If anybody else is getting an error “Detecting Humanity”, we’d definitely be interested in having the error ID mentioned in my previous response - it should be a string of 20-30ish numbers and letters. If the value is 0 (or if you’re seeing another error), we’d also be interested in it.
