Severe FPS Drops and Laag in Battlegrounds Despite Minimal Addons - War Within

I’ve been experiencing severe FPS drops in battlegrounds, with my FPS dipping to 20 or below even in small PvP encounters (3-4 players). I have disabled all addons except for Plater and Bartender 4, but the issue persists. Enabling any other addons makes the game nearly unplayable due to lag.

Wen leveling and questing I have above 160fps.

My system is more than capable, with an i9 9900K, 128GB of RAM, and a high-end RTX GPU. I’ve even reduced the graphics quality to 3 in battlegrounds, but it hasn’t helped.

When can we expect a fix for this issue?

Also getting insane fps drops in bg. more noticeable in epic bgs. all was fine before war within, fps dropped to 6fps in ashran last night. no system changes since dragonflight, could play on ultra in epic bg just fine, now im on potato mode and still at sup 15 fps in bgs. what do?
