Currently sitting in-game after joining the Night Fae Covenant. I have just completed the acting scenario which starts from Legion and ends with the last expansion. During the part with Jaina, she casts blizzard and another spell which slows your movement.
Also during this time, a dungeon queue had popped and I entered, along with the current blizzard debuff. Unable to move at normal speed, I left the dungeon and I still had the debuff, even after the completion of the acting scenario. I have restarted the client, but the debuff is still present. It is also present while I am mounted.
The debuff’s are “Blizzard: Players hit with blizzard become Chilled, reducing their movement speed by 70%”, which is a constant debuff which then refreshes “Chilled: Movement speed reduced by 70%”.
What should I do?

Edit: I was able to remove the debuff by dying, although, this would of been difficult because of the slowed movement. A kind monk duelled me and I jumped to my death, which then removed the debuff.
