Hi there, every morning on a specific Blizzard node there seems to be severe packet loss the makes the game unplayable. The IP address is: 137.221.77.35 - ae1-br02-eqpa4.as57976.net.removeThisPart
Here is the pingplotter graph for it:
(nevermind I can’t post images, but there is severe packet loss)
As you can see on Hop 7 there is no packet loss, but on Hop 8 there is severe packet loss. Here I am only talking about the packet loss that carries through to the final hop and NOT the evenly spaced out packet loss on Hop 8 that doesn’t carry through.
These times are in Central Standard Time - So just add 7 hours to whatever you see here. The packet loss occured 8:10am - 9:45am Paris time.
When the packet loss occurs (red lines), the game is unplayable for me. Please have your network engineers take a look at that node.
The packet loss has stopped, but it always happens at around 8am - 11am Paris time. Running a WinMTR wouldn’t show the results. Is it possible for me to send you a picture of a pingplotter graph?
Same issue for me started around begining of june.
Latency goin up and down every day hour does not matter happens at noon happens in evening, everyone around me stops for couple seconds then speed up like fast forward, it is much worse when entering any kind of instance, battle ground / raid / 5 man.
Sadly can’t post links first time ever on forums please remove _ from addres

I think those are the same ip’s previous posters mentioned.
It is my second try to reach out to blizzard about this issue, first one was a ticket couple days ago where i attached my dxdiag, msinfo, mtr test and looking glass test all showing an issue around netherlands blizzard ip i think ?.
All i got was a generic answer to reset router flush dns update drivers etc, I’ve done all that plus a fresh windows install.
My Pc is now fresh with all new drivers and only wow installed the pastebin i attached earlier in my post is from 30 minutes ago the issue is still there.
