4080uper 32ram all updated, 7800x3d amd cpu, addons and flying effects disabled, armoury crate disabled, drivers checked, files repaired and still stutter occurs, it appeared out of nowhere and keeps on annoying me while doing world content? gsync on and hdr, disabling doesnt change anything, 240hz oled monitor target fps 240 120 checked diff versions of hz and it all stays the same.
anyone else ??
