With the announcement of the SF release I am really hyped. Thank you Blizzard for another fun mode!
Please keep the SF system simple. You enable it at character creation and you choose if/when to disable it. Please do not disable SF at 60 automatically.
Why take away the choice of the player if they want to do raids and need trading or not? Don’t make that choice for the player.
Let us have our bragging rights with the nice new buff and remove it once you opt of of SF. To keep some bragging rights for 60s who want to trade, leave them a replacement buff after opting out „I grew up self found“ or just use the current one with a different color / greyed out.
This would be simple, leaves choice and buffs for everyone.

also remove light of elune and remove petri flasks.
Playing horde solves your elune issue and getting the petri recipe in self found will be almost impossible.
For me levelling is only part of the journey I like to embrace the SF challenge also at 60. Doing SF dungeons at 60, getting t0.5, getting warlock epic mount, etc
Can you really raid without trading? Raiding is really dangerous as it is, how can you manage without potions, flasks, enchants?
Raiding is not an immediate and mandatory step after becoming lvl 60. There are so many things you can attempt to do as a challenge without raiding. Even surviving 10 DM runs without petri can be a challenge.
Yes raiding with SF is very unlikely because it would require you to find 20-40 like minded who want an SF raiding challenge (no non SF raiding group would not accept you without consumes and stuff). But why does it have to be the goal for everyone?
I’d like to have the challenge of SF also at 60 and see how long I survive in the usual lvl 60 content (not very long I assume).
