Pretty obvious it’s a minor bug but they just don’t care. The event is soon over anyway.

Please get this fixed, FYI for people that didn’t know, we will be unble to obtain “The Heartbreaker” toy until this is fixed as it only drops from the Box reward…

No. Now they’re celebrating successful launch. And tomorrow is weekend already. So I guess we can expect them to really start working on the problem in a few days.

Unfortunately, there were technical issues with the Crown Chemical Company Queue and we had to remove it from the dungeon finder this year.
However, it’s still possible to enter Shadowfang Keep normally to clear the event.
It doesn’t sound like they plan to fix it.

what kind of technical issues?
it was working fine for the headless horseman event. this is basically the same just the reward is not the pumpkin bag, but rather we get a heart shaped box, and it teleports to us to SFK instead of SM GY.
i mean come on, is this such a big thing to ask to fix it in a week?
even if its a big thing, they should have checked weeks before the event goes live and maybe then it would have been ready for the show.
It’s been 4 days now and there’s still no solution. Since there is no team that is going to fix the problems in WotLK, it seems to be my turn to cancel 3 of my 4 subscriptions 
They won’t be fixing it this year - Terrible company imho

Yeah. We’re essentially paying full price subscription just for the electricity to keep the servers running.

Meanwhile I organised our guild mates made we made 34 runs yesterday, getting 2 rockets, 3 pets, 4 roses, 3 gas masks and 1 toy, while people in this thread only made a few posts.
