When identifying which guild members have the Shadestone (Alchemy) recipe via Guild & Communities -> Professions -> Alchemy [View All], the UI displays multiple alchemists as having learned the recipe, even though they lack the necessary Avowed rep and have not, in fact, learned the recipe. The issue is also there when opening their individual Alchemy pages.
