Shado-pan changes and buffs

First of thankyou for the coming changes to shado-pan and buffing FloX and blackout kick.

The ingame energy tracker is a nice addition and making flurry strikes proc more often is a nice little bit of less rng.

However there are still some issues left that i have talked about in some other posts before these are :
Against all odds - with the duration nerf from 6 to 5 seconds and it still stacking to 20% its still IMPOSSIBLE to reach. Either just increase it by 2% stacking to 10 or just cap flurries out at 20.

High Impact: Maybe with flurries proccing more often now this will see play but i think this talent is still a dead talent. It needs to be applied by shadow flurries otherwise its just weird to play, if it would be applied by shadowflurries this could help out our AOE a bit which i from time to time feel is lacking a bit behind against other specs.

Buffs:
Besides the shadow buff most of the buffs are rather lacklusting and could use some work. The crit and dodge from vers one is particularly bad, why not make it give crit change from your highest secondary stat? also make the mastery increase the % not the rating.

Theme:
I still dont like the theme of shado-pan because its more an pandaren army then that its something to do with monks. Also proccing shadow flurries feels more like a ninja sub thing then a windwalker monk thing. Maybe make it proc nature flurries? idk just spit balling.
Conduit:
With the recent changes it seems conduit will be pushed back even further then it was before. Its sad to see that conduit is a split AOE ability instead of making a sqrt 5 or even uncapped aoe. Would be fun to have a big bursty aoe ability like most other melee have at this moment. Would like to see some love going to conduit too.

Buffs:
Flurry of Xuen - im happy to see this talent being buffed and now having the potential to do well in m+ and overtake hitcombo so thankyou for this.

Blackout kick and courages impulsion:
Buffing blackout kick was much needed because you didnt want to ever press it unless you had like 4 or max of 8 stacks of ToTm. So buffing the baseline is a good start but i also think the talents could use a buff. The bug with CI buffing more blackout kicks and buffing it more then 125% and it still was a dead talent which you didnt pick. Seeing you guys putting in the antorus tier set but making it a budget version is kinda sad. Especially with all the blackout talents that are in our tree. Some of them could use some baseline buffs like making CI 175% like it was before. This could maybe open up more cleave niche scenarios with martial mixture , shadow boxing and knowledge of the broken temple.

Even tho thank you for listening and finally giving what has been asked for for a while now. Hope to see more improvements going forwardt.
